My Daily Makeup Routine

One of the things I have mastered in my morning routine is my daily makeup. I can do my whole face in under 15 minutes because I have this down TO A SCIENCE. Now, I'm not putting on a full "going out" face every morning, but I am putting on enough that naturally pretty women would deem "too much." Sorry, my under-eye bags (at least they're Prada) need a little work before I can be presentable to society. 🙃 Anyway, if you're at all interested in how I prevent myself from looking as dead on the outside as I am on the inside keep reading to find out my daily makeup routine!

Is it just me or did October go by in a flash? One minute the weather was cooling down and the next Halloween was already over! As short as the month was, I was able to jot down a few of my favorite things to share with you. Keep reading to see my October favorites!

Current Reading List

One of the first things I did when I moved to New York was get my library card. The subway commute passes so much faster when I can be engrossed in a book. The best part? The New York Public Library has an app you can download to your Kindle/iPad so you can checkout digital copies of the hottest best sellers! Here are some books I've read/want to read that you should definitely add to your reading list this fall:

My Daily Vitamins

One of the things I religiously do every morning is take my vitamins. It's a part of my morning routine I look forward to because I can actually see the benefits. With my current mash-up, I have seen my hair grow faster (even being bleached to platinum blonde), my sleep improve, my nails grow stronger, and my whole body just feel good.Along with diet and exercise, I think that taking vitamins has significantly improved my health and I want to share my daily dose with you. Be warned that some of these are horse pills...so have a tall glass of water handy!

Class Pass Review: Cycle Bar

I recently got into Class Pass again and let me tell you, I am LOVING their new points system. Now there are no longer restrictions to visiting the same studio, just a difference in point "costs" and you can roll over up to 10 credits into the next month! This is great for my flexible schedule and I love that certain classes are different points than others depending on time, instructor involvement, and equipment needed. Read on and see how you can get $30 off your first month of classes!

Why You Should Have a Signature Scent

Why You Should Have a Signature Scent

Everyone loves a person who smells good. It’s one of the things I always make sure of before I leave the house – "did I put on perfume?" Scent is THE most important of the 5 senses. We use it more often than think, which is why it’s important to make a (positive) statement with our own scent.

HUM Pairings: Energize Your Morning Workout

This post is in partnership with HUM Nutrition and The Newsette.

One of my 2018 goals was to be better about working out and getting up early to do so. Well, let me tell you something...get up is HARD especially now that Daylight Savings has hit (wake up BEFORE the Sun? Gross.) However, I recently found a new all-natural supplement that changed the way I get ready every morning. Now instead of dreading my morning Taebo videos (who doesn't love Billy Blanks?), I wake up with the determination to get a good workout in and the confidence that I won't be falling asleep at my desk by 9AM!
