One of the things I religiously do every morning is take my vitamins. It's a part of my morning routine I look forward to because I can actually see the benefits. With my current mash-up, I have seen my hair grow faster (even being bleached to platinum blonde), my sleep improve, my nails grow stronger, and my whole body just feel good.Along with diet and exercise, I think that taking vitamins has significantly improved my health and I want to share my daily dose with you. Be warned that some of these are horse pills...so have a tall glass of water handy!

This is my ride or die vitamin. If I could only take one supplement for the rest of my life it would be this one. I take 3 horse pills of this a day (the recommended dose is 6!!) so I'm very committed. Biotin alone never helped my skin or hair much, but wow collagen has been a life changer. Plus it's a preventative for wrinkles so win win all around!
These are again some horse pills, but since they're gel they're much easier to swallow. I take two of these daily to again help my skin and hair, and also because they're great for heart health (Omega 3s are bae)!
Vitamin D3 is great for muscle repair and bone health, as well as your immune system. Since taking these I've noticed if I do get sick it's not for too long. Plus it's great for recovery after workouts!
Number one reason to take magnesium? Sleeping better. I swear, my Fitbit sleep pattern used to look like a bar code because I would toss and turn at night. Now, I sleep very well and can wake up much easier. Still need that morning coffee to feel alive, but it's a lot better than it was before. Also, I suffer from migraines, especially when I'm stressed, and I've noticed that the magnesium pill has really helped at preventing those migraines from the start. Could also be that I'm less stressed...but I will still give some credit to this vitamin.
Every women should already be taking this! I like that these pills have iron which I think helps a ton during that time of the month. And if you know that your not going to eat a lot of veggies that day, taking your daily vitamin makes you feel a little better about it.
While collagen is my number one, I still think biotin is important. This supplement is 100% biotin and I've noticed that my nails don't break as easily, which is nice considering I usually slather my nail in glue and stick acrylics on them.
If you haven't already read my post about this supplement then you should. I've noticed a significant increase in my productivity at work after taking this daily before my morning workouts. Psst! Remember, you can get 20% off your first order of HUM with code Newsette!
